ExecuProv offers classes at its theater/training facility, the De Pietro Performance Center, an intimate 78-seat black-box theater in Santa Ana, Calif.,  and at a client’s facility upon request. ExecuProv also provides a variety of other custom-tailored services in the following areas for individuals and/or groups:

Private Coaching

For business professionals who wish to rehearse a very important upcoming speech or presentation or work through difficult and challenging workplace situations and “scenarios,” ExecuProv offers highly individualized private coaching sessions. These are conducted in person or via Zoom or other video conferencing platforms.  Each in-person session is videotaped if desired, and every student is sent personal, typewritten notes from each coaching session whether they are in person or via Zoom, Go To Meeting, or other video conferencing platforms.

Speech Formatting and Writing

ExecuProv can assist in creating a theme or concept for that very important speech or presentation. It also can quickly help organize and layout speech materials in an easy and orderly fashion. The inclusion of humor, good stories, anecdotes, demonstrations, themes and interesting quotes is also provided as part of this service. ExecuProv also offers custom workshops in teaching basic writing skills for reports and presentation materials.

Broadcast, Print, and Internet Interviews

For those who are in front of the camera, on radio, enjoying a guest spot on a podcast or staging a webinar, ExecuProv offers the dos and don’ts of on-air guest appearances. It also preps business professionals for print interviews–what to say and what not to say–during one-on-one’s or press conferences. Mock interview rehearsals are conducted and, if they wish, students are taped during these sessions. ExecuProv has a proven track record of success with its highly individualized coaching which always translates into powerful performances!

Those who deem themselves “podcasters” are also in for a treat! ExecuProv has a whole program to make these “on-air personalities” engage their audiences in a highly professional way.

TelePrompTer

Learning how to use a TelePrompTer so that speech delivery sounds spontaneous and conversational is stressed here, as well as techniques to quickly learn speech content. ExecuProv also assists clients with the proper use of other visual aids such as overheads, slides, videotapes and Microsoft® PowerPoint.

Corporate Comedy

ExecuProv can provide original sketches for comedic actors to perform at important meetings, conventions, company gatherings and trade shows. ExecuProv also can write sketch materials specific to a client’s needs as well as coach, rehearse, and direct executives and employees if they wish to play the parts.

Wit’s End

How to deal with contrary, obstinate and difficult people is the heart of this class. Most everyone has one oppositional colleague and this course helps students navigate how to work around difficult communication situations with him/her. The lesson plan spells out some guidelines to start the one-day class off then segues into re-enactment of real “scenes” where students are challenged with making reasonable choices to diffuse anger, tension and friction. 

ExecuProv Weekly

Held one night a week for eight weeks, this series is designed to cover all aspects of ExecuProv training according to the needs of each class member. Stronger performances, a greater confidence level, and more advanced techniques are all covered in these sessions.

As part of the overall ExecuProv experience, we now offer a host of public relations consulting services presented by Kerr PR, an award-winning public relations firm with over 45 years of experience. KerrPR can provide public relations materials such as press kits and press releases as well as placements and exposure with major print and top-tier broadcast sources. Each client is treated individually with public relations programs that are custom-tailored to meet their specific needs. KerrPR’s motto: All Things Communication
